IRF8 Antibody
Catalog# : 3401
Interferons (IFN)s are involved in a multitude of immune interactions during viral infections and play a major role in both the induction and regulation of innate and adaptive antiviral mechanisms (1 for review). During infection, host-virus interactions signal downstream molecules such as transcription factors such as IFN regulatory factor-3 (IRF3) which can act to stimulate transcription of IFN-alpha/beta genes. Unlike IRF3, IRF8 appears to act as a negative regulator of IFN-induced genes in most cases (2,3), but IRF8 mediates activation of NF-kappaB by the toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) after stimulation by unmethylated CpG DNA in dendritic cells (4,5). Finally, it has been shown that IRF8 decreases bcl-2 expression and thus may play a role in chronic myelogenous leukemia (6).

IRF3 Antibody
Catalog# : 3399
Interferons (IFN)s are involved in a multitude of immune interactions during viral infections and play a major role in both the induction and regulation of innate and adaptive antiviral mechanisms (1 for review). During infection, host-virus interactions signal downstream molecules such as transcription factors such as IFN regulatory factor-3 (IRF3) which can act to stimulate transcription of IFN-alpha/beta genes. IRF3 is present in an inactive form in the cytoplasm of most cells (2). Following viral infection, IRF3 can be activated by IkappaB kinase-epsilon and TANK-binding kinase 1 (TBK1) (3,4), whereupon IRF3 translocates to the nucleus. IRF3 can also be activated by stimulation of toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) by dsRNA (3,5). IRF3 exists as at least two distinct isoforms.

BSI offer pre-miRNA precursor molecules which are single stranded, chemically modified and optimized nucleic acids, which designed to closely mimic endogenous mature microRNA (miRNA) molecules in cells. Our custom defined pre-miRNA precursor molecules provide flexible length and modifications for direct entry into the miRNA processing pathway and are treated identically to endogenous miRNA within cell.
Use of pre-miRNA
With the pre-miRNA, you can control specific miRNA activity, tightly regulate miRNA cellular levels, achieve optimal delivery efficiency with minimal cytotoxicity, miRNA enables up-regulation of miRNA activity for miRNA functional analysis, Since the Pre-miR miRNA Precursor Molecules directly enter the miRNA pathway, they eliminate any non-miRNA cellular response that is seen with siRNA-like designs. Unlike plasmid-based miRNA expression, the Pre-miR miRNA Precursor Molecules are easy to transfect with minimal cellular stress, and are able to be tightly regulated for specific dose response analysis.
All pre-miRNA oligonucleotide offer at BSI
All pre-miRNA oligonucleotide offer at BSI are: Deprotected, desalted and lyophilized, Every oligo is quality checked by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, Electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS), capillary electrophoresis (CE), and/or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), Optional custom QC and preparative services available for in vivo application, Reliable quality and expertise in large-scale synthesis and QSR and cGMP manufacturing is available.

IL-22 Receptor Antibody
Catalog# : 2497
A novel cytokine, designated IL-TIF for IL-10 related T cell-derived inducible factor and IL-22, was recently identified (1-3). The receptor for IL-22 (IL-22R, also termed CRF2-9 and IL-TIF-R1 chain) is a new member of the class II cytokine receptor family (3,4). IL-22R forms a complex with IL-10 receptor b chain and mediates IL-22 signaling. IL-22 and its receptor activate JAK-STAT signaling pathway. IL22R is expressed in normal liver and kidney and their cell lines HepG2 and TK-10. A soluble form of IL-22 receptor, also termed IL-22 binding protein (IL-22BP) and IL-22 receptor-a 2 (IL-22RA2), was identified very recently (5-7). IL-22BP prevents binding of IL-22 to the functional cell surface IL-22R complex and neutralizes IL-22 activity. LPS induces IL-22 expression, which indicates the role of IL-22 in inflammatory response.
