Immunogen Conjugates


BSI offer pre-miRNA precursor molecules which are single stranded, chemically modified and optimized nucleic acids, which designed to closely mimic endogenous mature microRNA (miRNA) molecules in cells. Our custom defined pre-miRNA precursor molecules provide flexible length and modifications for direct entry into the miRNA processing pathway and are treated identically to endogenous miRNA within cell.

Unlike plasmid-based miRNA expression, the Pre-miR miRNA Precursor Molecules are easy to transfect with minimal cellular stress, and are able to be tightly regulated for specific dose response analysis.

Hi friends,

MicroRNAs are short ribonucleic acid molecules, on average only 22 nucleotides long and are found in all eukaryotic cells, except fungi, algae and marine plants. miRNAs show very different characteristics between plants and metazoans. Thanks a lot!
